Friendly local pub, homely. Has been refurbished since my first visit, enjoyed a couple of pints recently again. A good selection of beers, clean and warm.
I have not been in here for a few years but new owners a few months ago has seen a new look to the inside & out with more benches outside & a nice job has been done on the inside with a nice freshen up of the decor tastefully done. Staff were very friendly with card bingo every hour & a meat draw at the end of the night on a Friday made it a very good evening. A proper pub with a good atmosphere I will certainly be returning & would highly recommend it to others to try

Great old fashioned pub, friendly cliental, prices very reasonable, plenty of parking, outside summer seating. Been a visitor since 2015, hopefully not too many changes in the future?
Like walking into front room very crammed and closturephobic.
Great service. Easy to order once all details entered. Great outside seating. Bonus is the best kids playground in the area.
My Mate Simon loves it. I only sat outside. Although my best mate for 45 years lived in the next road, we never went there.
