We stayed at this hotel as well as had lunch and drinks. We loved it! The room was small but had all you needed. It included a great breakfast in the room - fruit, yoghurt croissant, coffee, juice etc. - loved it! The pub was also great - good choice of food, really nice outdoor space, great service, very pleasant experience- would recommend.
We had a lovely stay here. Great bed, best night’s sleep in a long time. It’s a pub so you’d think it would be noisy, but they close around 10pm so it nice and quiet around bed time. The staff and locals are really friendly and welcoming. Good shower too with decent shampoo and conditioner that made my hairy very shiny. Will definitely stay again. Thank you to all at the Pirates Inn. See you soon, Rita and James.
Really welcoming staff, family and dog friendly. Great food. Lovely garden area. Didn't stay over so can't review the rooms.
Warm and welcoming. Wood burner going. Very pleasant on a cold and wet March evening. Menu looked good although we were just in for a drink
A really lovely old style pub. The staff are wonderful and friendly. Our room was comfortable and clean, very good size. Shower room great, simple to use and clean. Having a 'fridge in the room was brilliant, meant we could chill drinks. Overall excellent. We're definitely going to come back.
We arrived on a very wet day to a lovely warm cosy room, although small there was enough room for the two of us, with storage and hanging space for our clothes. The bathroom was large and again had enough storage for wash bags. There were various teas and coffees provided with hot chocolate and biscuits, something you don't see much these days but really appreciated. The breakfast provided was a porridge pot, croissant on day three, pain au chocolate, apple, yoghurt, savoury crackers and cheese. There is a mini fridge in the room which was handy and kept the cheese and yoghurts fresh. The location was good for a walk into Penzance and although the road outside was busy at times we really didn't notice the noise. Hopefully we will return.
Great place to stay. Awesome food and service. Lovely warm and welcoming landlords and staff. Highly recommend.
Lovely pub to go to. Nice and quiet and service from staff is top classService: 5/5
Lovely room. Nice staff. Continental breakfast is provided in the room, with breakfast cereals and tea, coffee, hot chocolate. Fruit tea. Green tea etc. Very comfortable and clean. For the price is amazing value.
