No stock, bad comms! Is it any wonder we all go to Amazon. 

If I'm honest the service provided thus far has been laughable to say the least. I contacted them on the day of my order and explained what I was purchasing and it has taken over week to reply stating they don't have availability. The site made no such claim to the stock issue nor did the person on the reply email. I contacted them via facebook only to be told they don't handle order queries on there.

I work in the mail order industry and there is constant conversation about of the big guys absorbing the market. Is it any wonder when a site/business performs as badly as this. All I can say is I hope this is an unfortunate exception and not the norm.

Watch out for the postage charges with this company, especially if you live in Scotland. Jumped from £3 to £12 on checkout for a small item. Dodgy!!

.Delivered quickly.  Unfortunately UK MAIL had trashed the cat basket despite it being thoroughly warped in bubble wrap and covered in 'fragile' tape!  Customer service were able offer me a refund or a replacement.

Order placed by my wife 16 December and not sent out until 28 December!  They have lost any future custom from us.
