This place is okay but not as well stocked or clean as I had hoped. Only saw one member of staff and they were serving so difficult to ask for help. Some stock more expensive than local supermarkets so was disappointed.
Staff are so friendly, advising us pre puppy and now we take our 9 week old puppy there at least twice a week for something. They assisted in fitting her with a waterproof coat amongst other things.
Ordered online, once confirmation came through to collect, it was really easy to do. On arrival at store, I went to tils, spoke to a really lovely lady who called a colleague with paperwork, signed for and away I went. If help is needed they will help you..just ask. The store is clean which is a big thing for me. Will 100% use again.
Always friendly and helpful staff in here and reasonably priced
So helpful without crowding you. Can browse in comfort. Picked up a bargain too!
