Absolutely useless, decide they now open late and finish early, close for lunches. Prescriptions are never ready. Went in to collect after receiving a text for them to say it’s not, only to see them then scramble and get the prescription as it was waiting. Register with someone else if you can.
Just been to chemist and the place is filthy floors don’t look like been cleaned for months and three staff who are not helpful don’t think place will last long like that
Staff gave been fine with myself but the state of the shop is terrible. The floor is very dirty with build up of grime etc in corners and doorways. The shelves are also need a good clean. This is just the public space so goodness knows what the other side of the counter is like. Really needs to have a deep clean.
No one ever answers the phone; often closed during what are supposed to be 'opening hours'. They are, I understand, short staffed, but I feel I can only give one star because it's supposed to be a vital service, and this area is bereft of pharmacies as it is. I certainly don't feel I could rely on this branch for repeat prescriptions - I'd worry they'd never be open for me to collect anything.
Probably the worst store I have used. Staff rude and aggressive, to everyone waiting in line, twice gave me the wrong prescription somebody else’s and refused to refund me despite confirming with the doctor they had never prescribed. Shop is regularly closed with just a note stuck in the window. They are often in the store with the door locked and won’t acknowledge you. Tried for 3 weeks to collect a prescription but closed. We all have staff shortages, we all are tired and overworked but that’s no excuse to be nasty to people.
