Popped in for a quick purchase for a birthday party after work while walking to the store the shutters went down because two of them wants to go on a breaksomething asked if i can come back after ? ‍ When she asked me what i wanted when told them she thought for a second and said no come back…! I’m a regular customer at this shop , the staff are really lovely and very helpful and very welcoming. I’ve given 4 stars only because I can’t purchase Chanel perfume here , they don’t stock it unfortunately something quite snobby with Chanel apparently not wanting their products sold in Dalston, Hackney . There’s an option to order it to the shop but that takes away the perfume experience of looking and smelling what you want to buy . Also one of the lady managers doesn’t like to give out samples always stating there is none , quite untrue has I’ve seen her pick and choose who she gives them too . Overall a good customer service by the usual young ladies at this shop I usually buy more than I originally went in there for .

I have had a very poor experience dealing with the perfume shop as a company not the staff working in the store they were very helpful. The issue i have is with customer service. I was sent a perfume gift from a friend who had ordered online and was posted to my address. The wrong perfume was sen, which was a much cheaper perfume. The person who purchased the perfume for me was told via email to take the item instore to get the correct item and that they would be contacting the store to let them know . I went to the store and was told that they had not contacted and that I would need to get back in touch with customer service. I was at this point upset and a member of staff offered to contact customer service. When she spoke with them they told her that I would need to send the perfume back to them by post before they would send me the perfume that had been ordered for me. I am very disappointed with the customer service I received and have no plans to purchase any items from this shop in the future.

There was a cute member of the staff who said her name was mellyboo she is Turkish and she was so cute cause of her I brought 4 lady million empires
Good not bad for a small shop got a lot
Knowledgeable staff. Friendly. Helpful. Good range of products. Great deals to be had.
