Love how you can find things that you want at a best price. But could be better if they restock as soon as possible when the stocks are low, because I have been looking for few things that I saw online, but when I go to the store, it's not there.

I called in store for the 'Jumbo Underbed storage box' availability. A staff, Rob, answered and checked then told me there's loads of them. Went in store & asked a staff who was busy tidying up stock :) she directed me to 2 aisle to check above shelves (but those were different boxes) Having not found them I asked Robert the manager (I believe he was the same Rob I spoke to on the phone) who kindly directed me to the back of the store. Upon asking the 2 girls on the till (chatting) if they still had any of the 'world's smallest remote control car' B&M currently selling at £4.99. Not knowing what it even is the taller girl said "I don't think we sell it" I told her it's currently showing an offer online, it's a mini remote control car the only one sold at B&M. She then blamed it on "there are different staff working here soo we don't know, there's so many different staff so others might know" the other girl standing by the girl on the till jumped in with the classic "it's whatever we already have out that's available". Wow! They just wanted me to pay and go so they can get back to their chatting. 
Gone are the days when staff knew their stock and could assist a customer in person...It's no wonder computers and robots are taking over. Think staff needs to be more like their manager. Don't get me wrong I like B&M but SOME of the staff's attitude in this store ruins it. Oh and I strongly believe (having managed a cafe for years) both the fridge's need its drip tray cleaned [usually situated at the back of the fridge] as it makes the rest of that aisle smells really bad/offensive.

Great chain of stores, not always the best products, but lots of stuff / snacks and fillers for kids sandwiches, cartons of juices an some helpful house hold stuff, can't compare to Tescos or Sainsbury, but bargains & much more, , this how to cut your shopping bills.

Can't go wrong with prices. Very cheap for everyday needs. Re stocked always too.

It is a new store and most people are yet to know it's existence. As a result, its current patronage is low. It sells quality products at low prices compared to the major players. Free parking available.
