It's my favourite shop. Tesco Extra is huge and is one of the places where they have a restaurant, called 'Nandos,' and a place for clothes: shoes,jumpers,coats,shirts. And of course food and drinks and even ice and ice-cream. It also has a Restroom. The trolley's are equipped by putting a blue 'Tesco coin'!

For some reason all the mangers are either rude or lazy or dont have the proper training it's like were are u finding these people. I had a manger tell me the food in the frozen section is fine to buy even tho the fridges were broken. What you trying to do give us food poisoning and the security guy (tall black guy) who says he's the assistant store manger and what he says go's ... needs to be fired.

The personnel at the check out is not motivated and really skow. Pls think of some incentives for the most efficient.

Tesco as itself is fine however I’ve been charged 4 times the amount purely because i has to book directly with a cab who will try and rip you off at any opportunity

Have been purchasing for 4 years from this Tesco until the disgusting service provided by staff over bags . We have a lot of shopping, about 5 bags and they accused my wife of ripping the bag . Not for stealing but for purchasing items and 80 £ fuel every week. This happens to me every week. It’s always the Indian elder staff , never from other country men staff. Not being racist as I’m nearly Indian myself. Why promise bag for life when we have to be mAde fun out of .My colleagues has advised me to video record and post on YouTube and Facebook. Very close to ripping my clublard into pieces. I’m heartbroken. Feels like India to me without the bargaining. Don’t mean to offend anyone!!!
