A flat, triangular green with paths, benches and trees around the edges. The grass cover was rather damaged by sports being played on it, and so could get rather muddy in winter.
Quite the little triangular haven. Lots of events for kids. At weekends, you'll see fitness clubs at work. Arthur's restaurant at the end, which used to be a public loo !, is a very good restaurant. A cricket club in our sunny months brings a joyful spectacle. There isn't a playground, which overall, is a good thing.
Lovely green with really good events! On this occasion the High Tide festival was on!!!
It is a nice green space and is perfect for sports. I do worry about bringing the dog here as it isn't properly fenced and especially considering a local dog did get hit by a bus.nIt gets lovely sunsets so is a nice spot to sit and enjoy for a bit.
Not much for the adults and lots of pointless stalls but the Kids had a fab time as there was plenty for children and I guess that's what it's all about.nFunfair rides candy floss and hotdogs. There was a stage and a band playing Rock N Roll but more for the oldies... overall out of 7/10 x
