Park Guest house was comfortable, welcoming, clean and warm. The breakfast was excellent

Severely over priced!. I was a single traveller and the room provided was an attic where if you did not stand in the middle of the room you had to duck. The first night I had no room lights apart from the very small bed light. The breakfasts were of poor quality and quantity. The smoked haddock was a half inch slice of haddock and one egg

We booked to stay for five nights with a third party. When we arrived were shown through the kitchen to a chalet in the back with no previous suggestion of not staying in the house. The third member of our party was in the house. The windows of the chalet were straight onto the street with no net curtain or blinds necessitating drawn curtains if privacy required. Dirty windows not quite sufficient to ensure no voyeurs. Dinner was good but very expensive compared to other restaurants. Breakfasts were cooked well in advance of being eaten and hence dry bacon and cold greasy kippers, ( poached eggs OK). On final morning plane left too early for breakfast as breakfast commenced at 7 45 and we needed it at 7am, but we were charged anyway. No shower gel or shampoo provided for last morning. Would not recommend.
