Wonderful local food. The scallops were perfectly cooked, the local mussels with langoustine simply delicious. An absolute gem of a place. Our second visit and will keep coming back.
We were very lucky to get a 'walk in' table. We were two adults and two dogs who were made very welcome. The Crust pizza company were having a pop up night. The food was gorgeous and the staff very welcoming. I'd eat here every night if I had the chance!
The nicest little restaurant I've been to in a while.nnA modern little restaurant that has plenty of food options on my travels.nnThe Goats cheese salad starter was really nice, I've never had raw fennel before in a salad and really liked it!nnThe chicken burger was fantastic, myself and my cousin loved how light the batter was and the chicken was very juicy.nnThe Lemon Posset pudding with seaweed shortbread was also very tasty.nnThe waitress who served us was lovely, bubbly & gave us her honest opinions on things which I enjoyed, and a little crack about the local areas to visit.nnOne thing to watch out for, the lunch menu I believe differs from the evening menu or the photos on here are dated!nnThank you for a lovely experience of Stornoway!nn01.08.24
Absolutely best meal we had, really cannot rate it enough. Service fabtastic, the woman was so lovely, and food was beyond delicious and so SO fresh! Wish we were more local to go again. Cannot recommend enough.
We had an excellent experience as a young family of 5. The staff were accommodating and welcoming following our impromptu walk in visit on a Wednesday evening. The food was incredible, after craving seafood during our stay on the island. Kids menu was perfect. The waitress looking after us did a great job and would highly recommend to anyone passing through with children!
