Went to buy a bracelet for a friend yesterday in the Buchanan galleries store. Was served by a girl called Wajiha-she was the most uninterested sullen person it has been my misfortune to deal with. No interest in her work when I asked to look at a different size I swear she huffed!!! Even my husband who normally does not notice things commented on her attitude. Very poor service -as a customer I deserved better. Won’t be back.
Not entirely happy with my trip to the store today I had to take a charm back they did change it to be fair but they also said one of my other charms is black as you can see from the picture it is not it is the silver tree one I had to play the consumer rights act 2015 card and I wonder if they would have changed it if I didn't know my stuff I will not be back they seemed to blame me for it
Rude customer service, the lady I assume the supervisor did not even come closer to speak to me but instead shout from the other side of the store while speaking with sales assistant. Which is totally understandable but my enquiry was not handle in professional manner. Both sales assistant gossip between each other silently about my exchange.The worst Pandora store I have ever been to.
Went in on the 14th Nov to check how much I had left on my gift card the two older servers couldn't do it so the younger server had to do they were not happy. When they got the information the older of the server shouted across the shop this runs out on the 23 Dec you've got less than six weeks to spend I knew this that wasn't what I asked then she shouted again from across the shop what I had left .there vustomer service is atrocious and everybody heard what if somebody heard and when I left the shop stole the card there needing to get a job they know how to do.
I am absolutely and utterly appalled at the mannerisms and conduction of one of the servers at Pandora, Buchanan Galleries, named Gail. This name was given on the receipt and this woman was nothing but rude towards my friend, who was trying to return a ring. She was given unclear instructions on how to get a refund, and when I tried to help her, I was told “get out” by this woman. Never received worse service from any shop in my life. I believe action should be taken instantaneously and if this is not acted upon I can guarantee we will never be returning to this shop.
Never had to deal with such rude customer service in my life . Kicked me and my friend out of the shop for trying to help my other friend to find her bank details on her iphone. servers name was Gail. she said “get out” in a very disrespectful and cheeky manner. I’m genuinely appalled by how she acted towards me and i will not be returning to the shop again if this doesn’t get dealt with and will be letting all friends and family know about this incident
Went to this store to buy a ring for my daughter’s birthday a few weeks ago. After looking through trays of rings, my daughter chose the one she wanted. I asked the assistant if she took the Blue Light card to which she replied yes. I showed her my Blue Light card on my phone. She said she needed a photo ID of myself. As I don’t carry my photo ID around with me, she then approached her boss who said I couldn’t get a discount without photo ID and that my blue light on phone wasn’t proof? I explained that this was proof. After all we have to put all our NHS details in to get the card in the first place. Surely this is more proof than a photo ID as I could have left NHS years before but still have photo ID as no dates on it! We walked out unhappy and so they lost a sale. Had been in there at Christmas and didn’t need the photo ID. Went to Pandora in Silverburn last weekend and they didn’t ask for photo ID. I won’t be back in Buchanan Galleries Pandora. Have always bought from this store in past with no problems
Had great customer service today from Amy at Buchanan Galleries. Bought more than I intended to. Well done Amy.
Had promised myself a bracelet for ages and took the chance to pop in with my daughter . Lily was helpful and really friendly I got the bracelet and 3 charms to start . She was happy to spend a bit of time till I got what I wanted . Looking forward to going back for more
I have been to this store numerous times. On two occasions I got the same girl and she was lovely especially with my 11 year old daughter. She was helpful, patient and friendly. On my last visit though I got a darker haired girl just below shoulder length and she was completely the opposite. Each visit I spend over £100 and always leave the store happy, which sadly I didn't on my last occasion. This goes to show that staff at Pandora do have an impact on your store experience.
