Six of us went on a Saturday for some food. It was quite busy and a good atmosphere with nice surroundings. The menu is not the biggest but the burgers sounded great. It took a while to order but when the food came it was large portions but maybe a wee bit disappointing. The burgers were alright but not great and it was a bit of anticlimax. Service was a bit slow but not poor. The cocktails looked good
Came here last night for the first time and had the best meal. They do great burgers! Also the live music was varied and fabulous. I guess that's why I am back here today and intend to frequent the place for the next 2 weeks while I am here.
Great pub, really good live musicians in. There's a lovely chilled vibe. I'm not sure that they actually serve food- I know they allegedly do but I've tried four times to eat here and every time there's been a different reason why the kitchen isn't serving. Despite my "there is no kitchen" conspiracy, it's still a nice place to go for a pint.
Been here twice for breakfast, the first time was brilliant. Bloody Mary's were brilliant with the really friendly waitress warning us about the heat of the hottest possible cocktail. The second time we went, Bloody Mary was lacklustre, service slow and not very good. Lebowsi breakfast burgers were great both times. Will give it another go before I make a final judgement. Dog friendly by the way which is a plus for somevpeople.
Lovely atmosphere in this wee bar and restaurant, with a fantastic theme that is played very well, and matches the relaxed feeling very well. The food is nothing to write home about but is an enjoyable meal with fair portion sizes. The wide range of white Russians, as to be expected down to the places namesake, is something to be in awe of.
Fabulous food,excellent service & a wide choice of beers and spirits. The lunch deal is the best value for money locally. I highly recommend a visit to this fine establishment. This establishment will soon be changing it's name to Sammy'sGLA but still with the same outstanding crew.
Came here as it was on Dugsnpubs and we were looking for somewhere to socialise our puppy. The staff were amazing with him, brought him water and gave him lots of attention which helped to make his first experience of having lunch out a great one. The food was also excellent - definitely recommend the burgers and big chips and the service was fab too... We will be back!
