Absolutely awful calling experiences - only ever able to actually get an appointment by physically going in to book. Such a shame as doctors are very good. Highly frustrating to be put on hold, to be told that your place in the queue is slowly decreasing, then to FINALLY be told you are next in the queue, but NOONE EVER ANSWERS. Awful. They're letting the whole practice down. I've seen them lower the volume of the ringing phone and ignore it when dealing with customers who have gone in. Ofcourse they are priority, but wasting 25 mins on hold to not be answered is plain rude.

Excellent doctors & nurses . Shocking receptionists for whom Everything is too much trouble . After spending twenty minutes on hold ,sighs & tut-tut-why-are- you-wasting-my-time attitudes seem to be an essential part of the "service" on offer. Then, on arrival at the Surgery, there is a sign admonishing us plebs about "unadvised/failed appointments" . Could this have anything to do with the fact that people hang up after being left on hold endlessly ? Hmmmm ....

Doctor was fantastic, shame about the reception staff who clearly don't want to be there and seem to have a way to make you feel like you are doing something wrong each time I walk in there. Sometimes just a simple question from myself gets a running commentary as if I was making a complaint rather than a simple enquiry.

great surgery, helpful doctors and nurses, the reception staff are awful, rude and really dont what you to be there. my daughter was screaming in pain on an early appointment to see a nurse but the reception staff wouldn't book her in on an emergency appointment 5 minutes before they opened the phones as it wasnt "procedure". When we spoke the the nurse they were more than happy to help and we had an appointment in 10 minutes to see a doctor on another occasion i rang bell to gain access for a pre booked appointment before opening hours, was made to wait as reception staff decided to go downstairs and check post as they wanted to book me in, more that happy with that, but when i was "allowed" in i had to self book in anyway????? i have other examples but these are the most recent ones. in summary, great doctors, very clean and helpful medical staff, just be prepared to fight the receptionists to get to the medical staff. your arent the guardians of the doctors, you just book appointments luv, trust me i wouldn't be wasting your time to do your job if i didnt need to see a doctor or nurse!!!

Feel very fortunate to have such a well staffed and efficient health practice on my doorstep. Can always get an appointment.
