Doctors are lovely but the administration and receptionists are absolutely useless. Every single time I call this surgery I have to try at least 5 times to get though (no exaggeration). I'm then on hold for at least 10 minutes. Once I get through I feel it's a 50/50 chance that you're going to receive a helpful receptionist. I've had to chase to get test results a few times recently despite them telling me they will call me which has made me lose hope in this surgery. However my next situation is what has led me to write this review. I had a call from the doctor this morning who left me a message to call her back but didn't leave a direct number. As a result of this, I've had to go through 23 calls to finally get through for the first receptionist to answer happily and apologise nicely and tell me that the doctor didn't leave a note about what it was regarding but that she will find out and get back to me as soon as possible. I then haven't heard anything for over 4 hours and have called back and finally, again after waiting 10 minutes, got through to a different receptionist who said she didn't know anything about it and that the doctor was busy. Her tone was patronising and extremely blunt - something which I did not appreciate considering I'm having to chase the doctor who called me in the first place. For a doctor to call I'm concerned it's something serious and now I'm going to have to go through this whole process tomorrow. Really disappointed and not usually one to write reviews let alone a negative one. I just wish you didn't have to go through so much effort especially when it's regarding your own health and well being.

I have Dr Husslebee and he is brilliant and thorough every time. Getting an emergency appointment is easy and I always get one when I need one. If the phones are busy I just go down there. Not an option for all I understand, but advise it if you don't want to be stuck on hold.

Forget trying to get through to this practice on the phone ( see comments by others also ). Average service but nightmare administration. On 2 occasions GPs have been meant to call me but never did and it is the patient who has to do all of the chasing. .very poor service. Pall Mall has been recommended so i am going to give them a go....it cannot be any worse and at least they stay open longer

The doctors are fantastic and the only reason I have been there so long. The phone line is awful, no one ever answers the phone, I have tried to call over 50 times already today. I called when I had a collapsed lung as I was not aware what was happening. At the time I was told they would call me back and to wait till a doctor was available, 5 hours later they called back. If I had waited for them I wouldn't be here today.

Been there a couple of times,everyone was helpful,reception team was good.Recently I met Dr. Iffat Raza,terrible way of dealing with a patient.No compassion and not listening to what I symptoms I had, just telling me off ..not good, not good at all.If she has a bad day she shouldn't be at the practice.Is unbelievable how she showed that does not care as I was making eye contact with her saying how I feel and she didn't even look at me.I feel very disappointed and with no answer of what is happening to me...I had to leave the surgery with ,, I suppose you have to do this" from her.Not sure of her knowledge. Terrible.I was seen by her at 5pm and after leaving with no treatment from her, 8pm I had the paramedics seeing me at home and went to the A&E as they found water infection.Been on antibiotic drip all night in the hospital.
