We recently moved to Highlands Surgery and cannot believe how much better it is than our previous surgery. We have young children and have managed to get appointments quickly for both of them. The doctors we have seen have been brilliant, as have the reception team.
I have been with this surgery for three years now. All the doctors my family have seen have been very caring and professional. The receptionists have also been very polite and understanding. Thankyou to all staff at highlands surgery! A really lovely surgery.
Doctors are so caring, Dr Shaw has been amazing throughout the years. Receptionist are all lovely, which is hard to find at some Doctors and they have always been extremely helpful. I couldn’t recommend this surgery enough. Caring surgery.
Told me I had nothing in my eye and it was impossible to have something in my eyelid. Shoved off with antibiotic drops. 5 days later- an optometrist finds something in my eyelid, cornea is now scratched. Luckily the damage will repair.nnUseless. Didn’t even bother to ask me any questions/explore any further. I was in there for less than 5 minutes after the appointment was 45 minutes late.nnI also overheard a member of staff talking to a medical colleague who worked next door, discussing that this surgery didn’t have equipment and laughing and joking if someone has a heart attack they’ll send them next door as highlands aren’t equipped.
I have been with this surgery for over 5 years, and the Dr's are excellent. Nothing is too much to ask, I have had better treatment here than my local hospital. The staff are so good at their jobs, I take some sweets roast time I go. Would like to say a big thank you.
