The factory shop is a great store in my opinion, as it has a huge range of products which are very reasonably priced. The store is located in market square, morpeth town centre. The main entrance is step's however there is an electronic door to the side of the building which I'd say is wide enough for wheelchairs and pushchairs. The products vary from gardening equipment, household equipment and decorative items to cosmetics and clothing and foot wear. I have shopped there for a while now and have never had any issues with the products and have always found the staff to be very friendly, approachable and helpful.

This is great shop with lovely,helpful staff and lots of bargains.We visited a couple of weeks ago and have told all our friends and family to visit because there is sure to be something that they want at a good price!
