The Jewellers Guild is a family business founded in Morpeth, by Keith Peters, Managing Director. Keith having left Goldsmiths Group plc with over 30 years retail jewellery experience opened the first branch in November 2001.

The Jewellers Guild is a genuine family run business offering the highest standards of customer care and a vast selection of services not commonly offered on the high street.

This service is one which is offered within all branches and the skills of their own in-house Designer-Goldsmith, a trainee of the year at the Birmingham School of Jewellery, are available by appointment. The team’s experience and expertise ensures that The Jewellers Guild is able to deliver innovative handmade pieces of jewellery that exceed the desires of every customer.

Highly recommend The Jewellers Guild for their professional, compassionate service and amazing aftercare, even many years after originally having my beautiful bespoke rings made. Took my fiancé's engagement ring in here after it had a disastrous repair at another shop, they talked me through the issues and the options. I decided to go for a full rebuild and we sketched out the ring and it turned out exactly as drawn, slightly modernised from it's old design, my partner loves it

I am so impressed with the quality of service at the Jewellers Guild. Kriselda was superb- she dealt with all my jewellery repairs quickly and efficiently suggesting value for money approaches. She kept me up to date on progress and was incredibly helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend.

I am very happy with the service I received. Was recommended to me by a friend. Found a ring while looking on their website, and after a phone call, they were very happy to post it to me. I live on the other side of the uk, and it arrived to me by next day recorded delivery. Was extremely happy with the item I received and would recommend using this jeweller if you're on the edge. Very professional and know their stuff.

On our first visit to this jewellery shop we were given some excellent advice and then earlier today we called about my wife’s rings, in particular getting some gold spacers.  We were advised not to do so as they simply do not work, that’s what I call excellent, honest customer service.  We haven’t spent a penny with The Jewellers Guild but were treated as though we were spending thousands.  When we want jewellery or related services we’ll definitely visit again.

I only went in for a diamond and garnet ring fixed, which I originally had designed and made here, 3 years ago. We discussed changing the garnet stone to a diamond. I was shown a lab grown diamond and I couldn’t tell the difference from real!. Now my ring is now even more beautiful!  I can’t stop looking at it. It put my platinum wedding and engagement ring to shame so the staff cleaned them up for me free of charge. I would definitely recommend this jewellers for 5 star service design and knowledge of diamonds.

Outstanding service! We received a royal treatment from start to finish. They provide a level of customer care you can only get from a family run jewellers. We spent months going to many high street jewellers for our wedding bands. I had an idea in my head of the design but no one could deliver what I was hoping for.  A family friend recommended the jewellers guild and we were blown away. Kriselda was incredible. She took my brief and with the help of their exceptionally talented goldsmith, we designed the wedding band of my dreams. Kriselda was so easy to get on with she made us feel so welcome and relaxed we looked forward to our visits every time. We felt valued and that meant the world to us.  They went above and beyond and to be honest we could tell they poured their heart and soul into providing the finished product. My wedding band is exactly what I was hoping for and I will be forever grateful to them.  We live in Durham but we will happily make the journey as they have now become our jewellers for life! Thank you again for our beautiful bouquet of flowers and for delivering such a personal service. That’s the kind of service you only receive from a business who value their customers and go the extra mile.  If you’re looking for a bespoke service for your  wedding band we couldn’t recommend them enough. Their prices are incredibly competitive given the level of customer care they provide.

For years I have worn two sentimental pendants on two chains that get all tangled up. I visited The Jewellers Guild in Morpeth and Krizzie was so incredibly helpful. She talked me through some options and has skillfully added both pendants to one chain, creating one beautiful necklace so that I can wear both without the worry of them becoming tangled. I am so so pleased and can not recommend Krizzie enough. Such a lovely welcoming store. Thank you.

Service was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. I purchased my wifes engagement ring and both our wedding rings from here. Going in initially i had no idea what i wanted but Krizzie made sure that we got the perfect rings at a great price. She made the whole process easy and efficient with fantastic service the whole way through. We will definitely be back to see her for anything else we need in future she is an absolute credit to the store and we couldnt thank her and the whole Jewellers Guild team enough for getting us the perfect rings. 10/10 service from Krizzie and the team.

Caring and compassionate when trying to repair a broken earring which is of great sentimental value but not particularly valuable. Technically inventive in working out a solution so I now have 2 fabulous earrings I can wear. Thank you Morpeth Jewellers Guild.
