Ordered goods online. Delivery did not arrive but was being returned to store. Asked for the goods to be present, Customer Service messed around for a month waiting for the delivery to come back. Items are now out of stock, so unable to reorder. Very disappointed and now need a new birthday outfit for my LG.
Absolutely gorgeous store with gorgeous clothes But even more exciting and noteworthy is the gender neutrality throughout the whole store, both with their layout and clothing designs. Their prices are expensive for kids clothes, but the quality, design and standing up to gender stereotyping makes their prices worth it.
What a wonderful store. I made a special trip to Morpeth to visit here and my 5 week old decided he wanted to be fed the moment I walked in. I was just about to head back to the car when one of the lovely staff offered a very comfy chair which allowed me some privacy to breastfeed my baby! I was even offered a drink whilst feeding by another member of staff. Well done Jojo Maman Bebe Morpeth, I shall certainly be back visited on 22/04/2917
Terrible customer service constantly passing the buck to call customer services, who then say that problems should be dealt with by the in-store team. Waste of time and effort attempting to solve an issue created by this store’s team. Won’t be returning again.
Have bought lots of items here over the last decade and used to rate it very highly. However, its gone downhill recently, the goods are overpriced and in terms of customer service they are very, very poor. I've raised issues with their customer service but they pay lip service and don't get back to you, presumably hoping you'll go away. A great shame.
