Doctors surgery can be quiet and busy in equal measures . Usually not much of a wait after booking in for appointments
Lots of errors and mistakes regarding prescriptions. No one seems to own up to causing these errors and mostly blame the doctors instead of owning up to administration errors. Requests from the pharmacy are denied with no reason. They are always blaming it on staff only working two days a week or someone else filling in to do prescription requests. There seems to be no procedures in place to be sure the job is getting done properly or correctly and there is NEVER an apology or ownership of the error just that they will fix it but without giving a timeline on when to expect it to be fixed. Disgraceful practices. Hold your staff accountable and reassess procedures to ensure that mistakes are minimal not many.
I really like this surgery. The staff amazing and always happy to help.Doctors have a great listening ear and don't rush you. I like the online E Consult system that works really well. Thank you
I have recently changed over to this place from being with Eastham Group Practise because the practise went absolutely shocking and could never get an appointment. I can’t believe the level of care I received from the orchard, very professional and polite receptionist’s/ doctors. I have recommended this place to a lot of people
Some excellent doctors here. Let down a little bit by the ridiculously busy phone queue and triage system. But I imagine it's due to having more patients than they can handle.
