Been working for Love Nursing for a couple months now and I have to say everything has been perfect! You can tell all the staff, from the office to the nurses & carers, truly care about their clients As a member of staff, I always have round the clock support for any concerns or queries! The training has been thoughrough, work to life balance is always considered with a guarenteed 2 weekends off a month and the hourly pay is above and beyond. All senior staff make you feel so relaxed and like you're an equal member. Anyone who gets the opportunity to join the team are truly lucky, I can tell I'm gonna have a long and happy career with them!
“Duty of care” means nothing. This is not the first time I’ve been left without care, 6 shifts this week I will have no carer for as their seems to be a lack of proper communication and effort to provide care when certain circumstances arrive. I have previously reported incidents with absolutely no outcome. Communication is shocking. If you are looking to work for LN then I wouldn’t be able to advise but as a client I am absolutely fed up and never been so let down by an agency.
