It appears that no one runs by the correct appointment order. 

My partner and myself came yesterday and as I expected there wasn't anyone to see so it was suggested I book an appointment. I booked the appointment, came this morning and though my appointment was for a set time, it was brought to my attention that there was a slight delay. This was fine, but it became very clear that whoever complained about the waiting time was seen to first. Almost two hours in and most people that arrived later than me have been seen too first. 

I feel sorry for the lady working at the desk today, which is why I have stopped myself from complaining but in future I hope this can be more organised!
