I had occasion to visit the walk in centre recently, on a Friday evening the place was busy, but I was seen quite quickly by one of the nurses ( unfortunately I did not get her name) , thanks to her attention I was sent to Arrowe Park Hospital, where I have been having treatment for a blood clot behind the knee. I would like to say the staff were caring and efficient, and from my point of view treated me very well. Thank you.

Was disgusted by a certain nurse who spoke to me in a disgraceful way, after I asked for help with my 4 year old son. She even had me escorted from the building, and I did nothing but ask for her. Long story why...but my child is under Alder Hey now....and I will never use this service again!!! I made a official complaint and heard nothing!! A nurse is meant to be caring, and there to help this nurse was rude, abrupt and shouldn't be in the profession...I am guttered I didn't get her name. Go to your own GP if you can, never go here!!
