Please read below **  I original gave a one star review because the two male receptionists   Were so rude but iv had to change my review to five stars because the two nurses were exceptional  Becky and a nurse who was training with Becky couldn’t of been more thorough and caring. Thank you for caring and putting our faith back into the NHS. *** Wow!!! How appalling and rude can two male receptionist be. NHS is struggling as it is with the way it’s ran I normally have a lot of respect for front of house , nurses and doctors but not the best way to start a two and hour wait to be seen by someone. Let’s hope the nurse has a better bedside manner not holding out much hope

They are way too understaffed to operate as a walk-in. I waited more than 3 hours just to see a nurse about a UTI. They moved to triage only half way through the day. Ridiculous.

Very friendly staff on reception. Very quick at getting you sorted. A little bit of a wait but nothing crazy. Didn't have to wait long and was all sorted in a good amount of time.

Chaos!....  four hour wait and no way of telling who's in front of you. They should give you a number when you walk in like ordering a McDonald's. Complete waste of time!

Horrible male receptionist very hostile and rude. Gets people's backs up. Then a very insensitive uncaring triage nurse who looked as if she hated even being there no bedside manner or comfort whatsoever oh yeah and 4 hour wait

Great service and care from Eastham clinic today 17 Oct 2023. The receptionist was  caring, polite and efficient. Lizzi the nurse sorry if name wrong was great and had me sorted very quickly Thanks to you all

Absolutely shocking! The nurse at triage was the most insensitive person  .I went in with burns and  blisters on my face and arm and she  said to me that you have burnt yourself and there is nothing we can do about it ,also said lot of ppl walk around with burnt skin. Wow! How insensitive and ridiculous behaviour. I left even more distressed than I was .I can't believe it !

First time coming here today.. front house girl's was very helpful,the nurse in triage was most helpful in regards to my hidden disability.  Can't thank Becky the nurse who took Care of me was very professional and discreet to call me in and get me out of pain.. Thank you

Absolutely shocking service. Told half hour wait. Called in after an hour to have blood pressure and temperature taken to then be told I would have to wait another hour for someone to actually be able to help me. Don't understand the logic in it. Absolutely shocking and disgraceful service

Worst clinic I ever was in, reception super friendly same as pressure check and then you have got doctors -Avoid if you can, go to E&A
