I had hundreds of massages and this is one of the worst. I asked for deep tissue, it was fine for 5 min, the I suddenly hurt badly and I shouted. I asked the masseuse to tone it down and thought I would give her a chance but the same thing kept repeating during the whole massage. She asked me how the massage was in the end and I told her the truth. She was very unapologetic and said “you should get a medium massage instead, I only do strong deep tissue or relaxing massage”. She was uncaring, rude and left me in pain. Avoid.

Been coming for many years and usually a good service but I do think working the girls 12 hours shifts means After 5 pm the service and effort level drops 3rd time now after 5 and it’s not the same -get in before 5 I suggest if you book.

Just had the best massage with Nat! So lovely and kind and really informative, also focused on my problem areas without doing too much deep pressure, great service and I felt really comfortable! :

First time ever booking a massage due to lower back pain. As I wanted to go on my lunch and only have 30 mins I needed a 30 minute massage. The lady on the phone kept saying not 1 hour and had to keep explaining why I could only do 30 mins and she would respond again saying not 1 hour. The website offers 30 minute massages but seems like they do not want to provide this service even when trying to book in.

I walked past and seen this little door hidden away, I popped in and spoken to Lyn I was in so much pain with neck and shoulder tension. Lyn was superb very thorough and professional instantly I felt tonnes better and haven't had a migraine since, very reasonable priced as well I will definitely be returning. Thank you lyn

Very average massage not worth the money ,cold room ,not the best aroma ,poor service use to be good years ago .

I didn’t have an appointment. I just walked in in the morning. They are very polite and accommodating. The massage was much more than what I was expecting for what they charged me at the counter. Very good and very reasonable prices. Would highly recommend.

My first visit. Will definitely book again. Skilled masseuse, took care to ensure the right pressure, and to address problem areas. Heated table a nice touch, ensuring I was comfortably warm. Came away invigorated and much more in balance.

Went here due to google reviews and decent menu on their website. Rude service, poor massage with too much oil. She kept walking in and out for long periods I feel like I've paid for nothing. This is a "parlour" not a "pure" massage business. Won't be coming to this shady place again.
