Excellent service. Olivia got some painful knots out of my back and I now feel like a new man! The staff are both professional and friendly. Highly recommended.

I went with some knee pain from running a few weeks back. Ben assessed what the problem was and gave me a set of exercises to follow. After two weeks, pain is gone and I'm back running.  A follow up session has provided me with more exercises to continue my pain free running. I'm really happy with the service provided and the knowledgeable advice given

EVERY aspect of my visit for a sciatica-related issue was excellent. Booking the appointment - I phoned & got through immediately to a very helpful person on the desk. Convenient - only 10 mins from my home. NO waiting - having arrived & checked in on time. Expertise - I couldn't fault, Brad, the physio practitioner in any way: he was very friendly & knowledgeable & applied his physio skills expertly. V F M - 10 out of 10. Wouldn't hesitate to return & wholeheartedly recommend.

I saw a very knowledgeable physio, Jaiden, about my immensely painful impinged shoulder. He gave me a great set of exercises that progressed over the weeks and now I am pain free and so much stronger as well. Very good service and would recommend to anyone.

I’ve been going to Anatomy  for about a year now. I initially went for treatment for an injury to the  lower back.  Lucy, the physiotherapist has helped me immensely with my recovery. She is very friendly and knowledgeable, always provides advice and specific stretches, strengthening exercises so that it targets specific areas that I have trouble/weakness with.   I am back at the gym and running again and this is all due to the treatment that I have received from Lucy.  I cannot thank Lucy enough, she is absolutely amazing and I would highly recommend her.  All the staff at Anatomy, the physiotherapists and receptionist are very professional and friendly.

Nice massage, but not the best. I went for a normal massage in the evening to relax, but it wasn't very relaxing as the therapist was talking to me throughout, so it was hard to switch off. The pressure was okay, and the room was clean, but unfortunately, I didn't feel much different after leaving.

Kacper diagnosed me with sciatica after assessing me.  I visited a couple of times for some massages and stretches to do at home to prevent/ relive the pain. The treatment plan has worked very well and now I have the tools to manage this going forward. The prices are also very reasonable. Would recommend.

I’ve been coming here for about 6 years and it’s my go-to for massage.  I struggle a lot with my shoulders and back and Hayley always sorts this out. I love how their one hour massages aren’t restricted to just neck and shoulders etc so you can make your massage bespoke to your needs.  The prices are amazing and by far the best massage I’ve ever had and I’ve had many! which is why I keep coming back and recommending to friends.

Great place for a proper sports massage they always do a great job & ease your aches & pains been many times over the years and have always been pleased with the results just tell them what areas to concentrate on back, shoulders or legs. At only £25 for half an hour is also great value for money so go on treat yourself.
