To help manage stress, we propose a healthier lifestyle, consisting of regular massage treatments.

This is an East Asian philosophy which has existed for thousands of years, from when the earliest known physicians used massage in medical practice. Today, this is supported by modern scientific studies that confirm the numerous physical and emotional benefits massage delivers.

We do our best to deliver the highest quality treatments. Our carefully honed treatment menu covers massages, facials, waxing, nail treatments and body treatments. All treatments are delivered by our professional therapists. We only use contracted staff (no temps, freelancers or zero hour contracts). Each and every therapist passes our bespoke Bali Health Lounge therapist training programme and are all experienced, qualified and fully insured. Our staff are friendly and always endeavour to serve your needs, helping you to fulfill your healthier lifestyle.

Our Unique Environment:

Located in the heart of Manchester Chinatown, Bali Health Lounge is based on a Eastern meets Western design, set inside a Victorian textiles factory. We every focused on every detail to provide you with a relaxing journey including our dedicated treatments suites which features scenery ceilings, specialist massage chairs with adjustable height, heating and music for your comfort.
Our Balinese-inspired tranquil tea lounge provides the perfect setting to step away from the stresses of the outside world allowing you to escape. So sit back and relax before and after your treatment whilst enjoying the warmth of one of our tea’s selected from the finest producers around the world.

For further relaxation, our dedicated rejuvenation lounge accommodates eight electronic massaging sofa chairs available for casual relaxation and foot treatments. Create your own private sanctuary with a 30 or 60 minute i-Massage or incorporate it with one of our therapist-led body massages.
