Have been a few times ang generally had an adequate massage. Last time however, booked for a 1.5hr deep tissue massage online selecting the person I have had before when I got there I was told she is not available. So had someone else, the massage was weak, had to ask her to focus in my neck 3 times where she gave it a squeeze then went back to stroking else where.  The oil was hardly oil and was absorbed into my skin almost instantly.  When she had me sit up to "work" on my neck naturally I held the towel over my chest, she tugged on the towel and told me "don't be shy" several times. She laid me down again then 10 minutes later repeated the process. Needless to say when she wanted to crack my neck there was no way I was letting her try. Was grateful she stopped after an hour, I didn't correct it just asked for my money back for the last half hour. Which took some negotiating.

Had thai massage today. Though i had paid for 1 hr, the massage was only given for 40 mins - which in my opinion is very unprofessional. Wouldn’t recommend.

AVOID AVOID AVOID. Should not be allowed on Freshna, place is a joke, if you want a proffessional massage your at the wrong place. If you want to pay for a massage and actually leave worse than when you came in go ahead. cold rooms & ilegals

Really good place to get a deep tissue thai massage. I went there today and to be honest it’s much better than the others locally, staff were friendly and respectful and the prices were good. I would definitely recommend it

After trying different massage places in Manchester, I tried this one and It was a really cool surprise! Yaya was the therapist, I got treatment in my back and neck and she was super professional, I will come back for sure.

Second time here. Again, a very good massage and the girls know what they are doing. The entrance is not so salubrious, but once downstairs, the rooms are spacious and quite relaxing and the massage I had with Noy was first class.

Very scary experience as I entered the unwelcoming space it was full of men with no greetings , this was at 1am as I know they are open til 2am so I was expecting it to be calm and quiet instead I feared for my life and had to leave the place immediately

I've been here twice for a massage. The first time was excellent, lots of pressure and really helped get the knots out of my neck and back. I have been again today, and I was on a bed with no hole for my head so I had to lie on my front with my head to one side - it was very uncomfortable. The massage was not good at all, so much so that I phoned up afterwards to explain how unhappy I was. The complaint was not dealt with well at all, just half apologised and said next time ask for someone else. Won't be going to Sanae again, there's plenty of competition so I'll be giving my money somewhere else next time.
