Stayed for one night in the family room, was greeted with a warm, friendly smile and was told all the information we needed to know about our stay. Stacey even phoned a taxi for us (which actually never turned up) not her fault, so we drove upto the club to watch our fabulous Take That Benidorm. We had a lovely meal at the pub over the road, all included in the price. Breakfast suited us fine, cereal, fruit and toast, loved the coffee machine. Thank you we will be back, the band are doing another tour next year.

This is a gem of a place. Clean, tidy, basic, does the job perfectly. Aimed at contractors. They know their market. I was dubious at first, thinking it might be a bit of a dive, but I was wrong. This place is super clean, efficient and friendly and well worth taking a chance on.

The food is nice, but watch your money at the bar as I very nearly got short changed

Rude. 
My dad went up to order and the lady behind the counter blatantly ignored him three times and decided to help the others behind him in the queue. We finally left after being ignored.
