Rolands croft guest house! just to let our customers know that all our rooms are en suite ! and all customers are greeted with a pleasant a fun atmosphere all rooms have tea coffee and Wi Fi we serve a freshly grilled cooked breakfast on time and our very large private carpark and gardens overlooks some beautiful views in this rural location! so looking forward to meeting you!

First impressions are good on arrival, soon though you see through the cracks. Poor grounds maintenance, broken lights, dirty /faulty fountain, and a lax owner who seems quite harsh, and who's a bit scatterbrain with something of an off-putting attitude. His attention wanders when you're talking to him, and there's a distinct lack of focus here; like his minds on something else and he's not really listening. The rooms are reasonable, the detached bungalow is the gem here. Watch out for the speed cameras on the crossroads immediately out the gate. Oh, and It's quite near the local Park and not too far from the A1 / M62. Easily driven passed if you're not paying attention. There's no obvious guest entrance which might confuse at first.
