Superb. The welcome was amazing. the setting is astounding. Beautiful tranquil countryside and a stunning building furnished exquisitely.

The food was splendid as were the hosts. 

I would recommend The Old Rectory to people who want a quiet and secluded escape in gorgeous surroundings. 

If you want a Travelodge, with their level of service, I suggest that you go there, not to the Old Rectory! (See 'one star'' review......)

My wife had to stay at this hotel for a funeral the following day. She had no key to lock the door, when i rang to complain the guy would not identify himself as the manager, but said keys were not necessary as they have no crime in Cradley. Amazing ! He was rude and totally unhelpful.
Even a Travelodge will allow you to lock your door.
