What a lovely large cottage. Enough space for a large group of people/familynAll the rooms are very specious so you can relax in your own room too. It is set in a stunning location with a lovely hour and a half walk up the hill and back. Also it has a large green grass area for the kids to play games . And for us adults to have a drink and do abit of star gazing. Would definitely recommend it 5 stars from us. Christmas in October.

Just returned from a three night stay with friends. This was the second visit and we all had a fabulous time. The house is wonderful and all the bedrooms are different. This house works so well for friends and families alike.nWould definitely go back.

Great lodge. Has space for a group of people, including families. Large kitchen, dining room and living spaces. Whole lodge is warm with underfloor heating. Close to the national park. Recommend for a large weekend away.

Huge great old place, all old stone walls and floors, perfect for 20 odd of us. Expansive lawns for the kids to play on with beautiful views across to the fells.

Superb accommodation in a stunning setting. All mod cons and easily fit all 24 of us in!!! Highly recommended!!
