Cute little B&B, cozy rooms, nice dining room. Friendly hosts very welcoming. Breakfast mediocre! Owner raved over their sausage being local produce. To be honest I was disappointed, the sausage was very dry an hard to digest. No options or menu to choose from. Quite standard! The Breakfast was the only thing that let this place down.

My wife and I spent one night here and we both agreed that it was very nice. The owners were very friendly and made us feel at home. We had a full English breakfast with all the trimmings and would both recommend a stay here when visiting Cockermouth. 10/10. Thank you very much, hope to stop again next time we are up.
