Fantastic local in Wimbledon, the staff are incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. They always have something going on - a quiz, live music, sporting events, games, interactive Golf games. Love it. I highly recommend this place, no other pub in Wimby comes close to the Frizz. Top notch beer options and selection of spirits. Love love love!
A Hidden Gem with Fantastic Service! I recently visited The Old Frizzle Pub, and it quickly became one of my favorite spots. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, with a classic charm that makes you feel right at home the moment you walk in. Whether you’re looking to unwind after work or have a fun night out, The Old Frizzle delivers on every front. What really stood out, though, was the incredible service. Sam and Megan were absolute stars! Sam was attentive and friendly, always ensuring we had everything we needed, while Megan’s enthusiasm and warmth made the experience even more memorable. Both of them went above and beyond, adding a personal touch to the evening that you rarely find in other places. Definitely recommend!
Aron hosted us on a night at the pub as our server, so entertaining, engaging with great recommendations; we could have chatted to him for ages ! He got on with his night and always checked up on us. Highly recommendService: 5/5
Menu doesn’t have vat prices which means add an extra 20% plus tip, which means the £20 pub roast works out a bit pricey. Had staff walk past and stare at our empty plates about 4 times before finally cleared. Beef was amazingly cooked, potatoes had little flavour or crunch, bulk made.
Best bar service I’ve encountered in years. Food was top notch too. One Of our party had an allergy and the gent serving us was patient and informed. The chef, equally as pleasant even came over to us to go through it. This place is serious about service and high quality food. Thanks
Took my mum for her birthday because she really fancied a pub burger. I thought it was a children’s burger at first as I studied it the mysterious miniature burger. Good for a pint don’t bother With food.
Lovely bar over the road from the theatre. Friendly staff, nice atmosphere. We had 2 for £15 cocktails which were lovely!Service: 5/5
So fun! The young lad behind the bar Sam recommended the Jubel and it SLAPPED - chicken burger was top notch. Nachos hit the spot. Slay Food: 5/5
Wonderful selection of beers and great views of the screens for Wimbledon. Food was also lovely too and really nice people serving us, making sure we had everything we need. Would 10/10 recommend.Food: 5/5
Walked past on Friday and popped in with some friends to watch the Scotland vs Germany game! Had such a great time went back and watched England play! Even though we were a walk in both days had an amazing time with great service, food and drink! I would highly recommend watching euros here and also just to go and spend some time!!
