Won’t be back!! We came here for a drink, as the place looked nice as there were 3 tables by the full length top to bottom window and it was open. One table was empty there wasn’t even a Reserved sign or anything, however we’ve been told that you can have the table only for 30 mins as it’s reserved at 3pm we came at 14:25. We’ve been asked to move to another table which was away from the table by the window /street. Guess what? 1.5 hrs later no one came to sit at that table ! I constantly came over to check if we can move there but the answer Anika was constantly giving us is: ”No” they will be coming soon. We ordered food and more drinks just sat and watched the empty table by the window I don’t know any place in London where they hold a table for an hour. If you are popping in here just for a quick drink it’s quite a nice place but other than that service is awful.
A nice and well decorated Gastropub with a good selection of beers and spirits, a great dining area with a big fireplace and a descent food menu, with the food nicely prepared and served up quickly.
Absolutely delicious and fab afternoon at the Fire Stables. Our roast was incredible and the atmosphere was great. Would 100% recommend. The manager Abi greeted us and seated us at our table, she was so welcoming, warm and friendly and we instantly knew we would have a great afternoon. Our waiter was also very attentive and the food was simply delicious. Will definitely be going back!
Went there for my first Sunday roast and it was delicious! The portion size was very generous and great ambience.
AVOID. We arrived and found that most of the menu was not available. Took ages for our orders to be taken due to the restaurant being so understaffed. Food arrived burnt, and some peoples orders missing. I understand that this is typical of this restaurant using agency chefs and regular understaffing. Terrible experience. I hope the owners sort themselves out.
Hard to get a salad and dressing wrong but wow, this place managed. Food and service was generally very poor. Overcooked prawns, gritty inedible salad dressing and food chucked on the table with cutlery, missing items and no offer of condiments. Had to chase them down for both. The only edible but underwhelming part was the plant burger. Disappointing on all counts.
Absolutely brilliant - I hosted my birthday party in the private area and Yiesha, Dev & the whole team were all so helpful throughout the entire process from planning to the actual event itself. They made sure everything was arranged perfectly and were so attentive. I had such a wonderful night, thank you.
Great Sunday roast, quality meat and trimmings. Service a little slow when busy, had to keep asking for dessert menus. Overall the staff were friendly
Had a table booked well in advance and when we arrived were told there was only 3 items on the menu available. Given how far in advance we booked it would have been nice to have been informed of the lack of food so we could have made alternative plans. Wouldn’t return.
Amazing food and excellent service. This place has great atmosphere. Staff was very friendly and warm.
