First visit here today for a late lunch and it was pretty busy with the holiday shoppers. It's a good sized restaurant on the third floor with comfortable seating. Service is quick and a shout out to the lady barista who operates the coffee machine like a pro with a smile on her face and asking customers for their hot drinks order. We got the Swiss roll, mocha, tuna toastie and eggs Florentine. Good coffee, good cake but a bit too heavy on the strawberry jam making it too sweet for my liking, good eggs Florentine presented well. However, the tuna toastie could have been better. It needed a bit more toasting and seasoning and a bit of lemon juice. All items were reasonably priced and it's a good pit stop for people visiting the store for shopping.
Wow! A chef that can't make a bacon sandwich!! More fat than bacon half the sandwich totally inedible Can not believe a chef could serve such poor quality food obviously they didn't see what they were preparing or serving! Delicious coffee nice friendly counter staff.Food: 1/5

Wow, unbelievable. On a really hot day 3 kids come up to the cafe counter till to buy a cold bottle of water and they continuously say no, one minute after closing. Both workers are behind the till and they still hadn’t emptied the till but refused to give a bottle of water. Absolutely appalling from Gabriella and co.Food: 1/5
A comfortable place to relax and enjoy a cup of tea or coffee, a sandwich or slice of cake. They don't seem to serve much else, not that I've noticed.Food: 4/5
Only had a coffee and cake here but the staff were friendly, flat white and black forest gateau were good quality. Was busy enough but still tables free and nice comfy seats.Food: 4/5
Tables spaced wide apart, very nice cakes and coffees. Overall a pleasant rest from shopping.
Like coming here wish there was a bit more on the menu. Other to that will recommend this is place for a quick coffee and catch up.Food: 4/5
This has to be the worst meal I have had in years. We didn’t mind waiting for the food as it was literally cooked fresh ? But both our burgers where obviously cooked fresh yesterday!!!! They both turned up black and burnt and hard like chipboard. And as for the roll it as greasy and the was salad also from yesterdays menu. Merton Council Environmental Health informed.
Very nice and lovely place! A bit stressful though, the staff always seem to be in a hurry. But all the food I've eaten there so far has been excellent. Most especially the coffee The place itself is spacious, clean and gives a good impression. Nice family restaurant
