DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PROPERTY. IT DESERVES MINUS STARS There is no smoke alarm in this property just a carbon monoxide sensor. On arrival the kitchen sink was blocked, and when the dish washerwas used the sink filled with dirty water.Contacted the agent he contacted a company who came and emptied the septic tank. Sink still filled with water. Agent sent out a drains person to unblock the drain from the kitchen to septic tank via the kitchen sink stench awfull. Asked about curtain/blind for main bedroom informed by the agent that a make shift drape was in place. Carpets and furniture stained, beds creak so badly it wakes you up. Property neglected, requires leaks sorting out when it rains as it comes into the lounge and wets anything left on the window bottom. the window frames rotting. DO NOT RENT THIS PROPERTY
