We don.t get out much due to work commitments. When 4 of our friends suggested having an evening meal/get together and try The Bath Arms we thought 'why not'. Everyone enjoyed the meal. We went upstairs to a great bar, the staff were amazing and made you feel welcome, a good selection of drinks. The evening was ending and the bar was closing...oh no it wasn't. The friendly bar staff escorted us down some stairs to another bar like a mini night club. Music and dancing.... fantastic evening... had it all under one roof. Roll on next time....

We were unsure when first walking in, had to wait a while for acknowledgement and wasn't sure where to go/wait for a table. We're seating and service started off slow however once we started speaking to a certain waiter it was full steam ahead. He was incredibly helpful when ordering, telling us if we changed one small thing we'd get one of the meals for free. Two steaks arrived and we're presented well, got chips instead of mash however this was rectified very quickly. All in all a very good experience, would highly recommend!

Food was excellent. Staff very helpful. Enormous menu worried us, but we all enjoyed what we ate. I was told there was parking but there was not, which caused problems for our group. Slightly odd automatic phone system might put some off too.

Breakfast was very good and the TV was giant and paired with a Fire TV which was great. However, fridge was buzzing loudly so we turned it off. Lights were also emitting a loud buzzing sound when turned on. The loudness is part of the rooms character as the pub's patio ist just below your window. Additionally shower water was hot for only a few minutes before turning ice cold and bathroom could use an overall overhaul (missing handle on shower door, rust on cabinet, no hooks, soap bottle holder missing two screws, wallpaper peeling off). For the asked price we would have expected more.

nice menu for my liking. enjoyed my meal, although the steak was a little tough , but would come again as I no occasionally It happens. good food at a fair price! ****
