Saw vet today for my pup's second vaccine. My usual medivet in welwyn garden has covid. The vet was wonderful explained everything and made my pup feel relaxed. Would highly recommend
It was for the worst reason I had to visit The Oak vets. My beloved dog had to be put to sleep as he was very sick, but I have to give the staff their due, they were incredibly caring and sensitive. They didn't rush us at all, and my dog was treated with the utmost dignity right til the very end. We were allowed to spend as much time with him to say our goodbyes as we wanted, and the vet explained everything that would happen very thoroughly to us. They even sent us a lovely sympathy card a few days later. Thank you Oak staff, you were amazing.
This is without doubt a brilliant veterinary practice. My cat has an on going illness which has been bought under control and her outlook is looking much better. Thea is a wonderful, kind and knowledgeable vet. The nursing staff are friendly and caring.
Vetinary care has been excellent over the past two years, five stars. One star for not displaying the actual opening times; the practise hours are 9am - 6pm, not 8:30am - 7pm as advertised on the door. D- for attention to detail.
Very friendly staff seem to know and love all the animals. Booked in easy for appointments etc.
