It’s a par excellence service from the receptionist to the veterinarian. I was very impressed by the clinic s cleanliness and pleasant atmosphere for the four legged patients and their owners too . Patol has been seen again and being examined with gentle touch . I will highly recommend wellpet veterinary clinic .
Scout, my lovable cockapoo, had a visit to Wellpet Vet Practice today for his vaccine, and I couldn't be happier with the care he received! The vet took the time to make sure Scout was comfortable and at ease before administering the vaccine injection. Scout even got some delicious liver treats afterwards, which made his tail wag with joy! It's clear that the staff here truly cares about our furry family members. Thanks for taking such great care of Scout!
My family have been using Wellpet for almost thirty years, and unless I move away from the area, I will use their services for as long as I continue to have pets.nnThe team at Wellpet truly care about each individual pet and their welfare, and they are always friendly, informative and professional.nnToday's visit was no exception. Excellent practice with experienced and kind vets with upfront and fair prices. Have been using them for absolutely years and although it was sad to see Glen retire, Naomi and the whole team have kept the practice outstanding and constantly keeping up with all necessary changes and developments.
A bit of a worrying experience after I took my poorly guinea pig here... The vet was very blunt in telling me that I might wake up to her dead as she has lost a lot of weight and if she doesn't improve in a few days I'll have to put her down, there is a certain way of saying this to a customer with a poorly pet, there was no compassion or empathy for me or my pet as I was trying to hold myself together though the tears..I had the last appointment of the day and felt like I was being rushed out, the vet assistant was the only one who showed me any compassion as she brought me a tissue.
