They were amazing and saved my little fur babies life. The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. The vets are quite happy to answer any queries we had even a week after we had taken our boy home. They are just amazing and highly recommend them. Was well worth taking our boy to them even if it was 72 miles away from home. They were just superb and can not thank them enough for all of their help and care for our little Tom.

This animal hospital has to be the most helpful and understanding place for animal welfare. Recently had several visits over the last nine months with our very sick dog and the team were genuinely empathic. Lots of parking and has a cafe or restaurant if you need somewhere to get away from the reception area for a while. The access road was a bit narrow in places, especially near the bridge, but improved by the hospital entrance. Large reception area and staff very helpful. If you have a long journey to get here, as we did ( two hours each way) , and need to leave your beloved pet for a few hours then St.Albans is not far away and well worth a visit. Can't thank them enough for the help and advice.

This place is a rock in what can be a worrying veterinary landscape. The people here know what they are talking about. They don’t just wing it like a lot of high street vets do when they don’t really know with what they are dealing. Get referred here if you can. It’s well worth the trip!

We brought our Staffordshire Bull Terrier Maisie in as an emergency at the end of October the staff were fantastic with her and explained everything to us. They quickly got to the bottom of her problem and put her on the right course of medication. Touch wood she's been great. Wouldn't hesitate in bringing my pets here again.
