I only really do reviews if somewhere is terrible or brilliant. Thankfully this is the latter. Bought some waterproof gear - rubbish, Absolutely not waterproof. Obviously this is the manufactures fault not the shops.nTook it back expecting an argument, nope. It was longer than a month so in theory couldn’t exchange it, it needed to be sent back to the manufacturer for warranty - damn. However they allowed me to purchase different gear against what I’d already spent, with me paying the extra or not depending what I wanted to get. Winner. So walked out with a better more appropriate jacket. Now they didn’t have the matching trousers in my size. They said they’d get them posted to me. Slightly annoying but such is life. They then arrived at home the next day. Cannot say fairer than that! I was dreading the argument but it actually turned into a really pleasant experience. Top staff. Top service.

Huge thanks to Henry for great customer service helping me get the fit and final choice of my Shoei GT Air 3 today.nnIt’s things like that that make me a returning Infinity Motorcycles customer. I may not go often - but when I know what I’m after and I need that final tweak of expert knowledge they are my motorcycling accessory shop of choice. Lots of other shops are available, but crucially for me and if you read my other reviews it’s personable, professional, knowledgeable customer service that has me reaching for my wallet every time.nnThanks Henry and Infinity for delivering the goods .

I just been to the Farnborough store and the staff were excellent.  It is so good to deal with people that are really knowledgeable and professional. I ordered a new pair of Alpinestar boots,  much better to deal with real people than to order online. Well done!

Massive thanks to the team at Farnborough Infinity Motorcycles, super, super helpful with getting myself new kit. Pointed out pros and cons of everything and didn't try to push more expensive products on me like some other accessory shops do. Really happy with my new stuff and will definitely return for the next lot of upgrades.

The staff in this branch of Infinity are fantastic - you get a nice hello when you walk in, they are helpful, chatty and offer good advice without being pushy. This shouldn’t really be remarkable, but sad to say, these days it seems to be getting to be a rare thing.
