Story

Our traditional freehouse pub serves food, cask ale and offers beautiful accommodation with stunning function room space. We are set at the gateway to the Peak National Park in Ringinglow Village, with stunning views across the Mayfield Valley.

Our 4 Star Grade II listed Coaching Inn is used for conferences, weddings, special occasions and motivational team building events.

Our Burbage Bar and Mayfield Restaurant serve traditional, affordable pub food and homemade specials in a friendly welcoming atmosphere, with oak beams and log fires.

We offer the perfect destination for a break to indulge in your favourite pastime, explore the breathtaking scenery of the Peak National Park or visit Sheffield's many city centre attractions.

We've just popped in after a good walk and we were greeted with the usual, genuine warm welcome. We had 4 meals off the light bites menu and I can honestly say, that was the best steak and ale pie we have ever had. The boys had scampi and bangers and mash and both meals were fantastic. Great value too and a really good friendly atmosphere. We will definitely come here again

Close to Burbage Valley north making it an ideal location for drinks or food after a walk. Food is homemade so on busy days a wait should be expected. Large selection of alcoholic beverages and a lovely beer garden.

Excellent service and cleanliness was second to none . Only one slight point to note there was a bulb out over the bed not a complaint just an observation . I would definitely stay there again ☺
