This hotel is the best hotel in Tunbridge Wells. The staff are friendly welcoming and professional . The rooms and facilities are so stylish. The breakfast dining options and bar are all first rate .The position of the hotel opposite the Common is attractive with superb views over Royal Tunbridge Wells and a short walk into town . If in Tunbridge Wells this hotel is always my first choice .
Beautiful hotel, clean, comfortable with friendly staff. The room we stayed in was warm with a large comfortable bed, excellent bathroom with bath, shower and twin sink. Exceptionally clean. Breakfast was the best I'd had. Incant recommend this hotel enough, just a brilliant place to stay
We stayed in a Suite - room 6. Beautiful room, the copper bath a lovely touch. The living area was comfortable and really luxurious. The towels and robes need replacing they have frayed edges and are getting a little shabby. The hotel itself is stunning, such a nice building.
On the whole a nice historic place. Food was good. Minor details missing, like practical info in the room about meal times we came down too early for breakfastl, and no warning about dinner not available because of a party.
Yesterday was our second stay at this lovely hotel. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The staff at this hotel are all lovely, friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was plentiful, not a fan of the sausages or blackpudding, but very nice. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends.
