So far been nearly 5 months just for an no obligation free pension release review. Can see me having to wait 6 months or more yet. As promised letter in post 2 weeks ago. Now today found they broken up for holidays till January and yet still working on my pension. Think very poor service. Do not recommend this firm unless like waiting for half a year to get your money

What can I say Portafina is so professional at what they do. From the first contact they understood what I was looking to do and helped all the way through from providing me a concise and informative report with the options that it gave me. Then guiding me through to completion can not think of any higher praise than what I have said

obviously bought my information from some dodgy data company that breaks every data protection rule in the book and spam me with letters and invitations. Not interested and like most of the world am fed up with junk mail.

You were all amazing no matter when I rang you you were friendly polite for all the work you did for me I thank you. I thought it was going to be very expensive using portafina but it was well below I thought it was going to be thank you again merry Christmas .mine this year will be speciial because of your hard work
