I can't rate our experience highly enough. Booked for a special surprise birthday celebration. Richard catered for every 'special' food requirement, and was extremely accommodating. When we arrived Jess could not have been more attentive, knowledgeable and helped keep the surprise as guests arrived. The food was out of this world and the service second to none. Thank you so much for a wonderful and memorable evening :)

Ended up here after our original dinner plans were scuppered, and were really glad we had. Great food, attentive service and lovely wine. Steaks cooked exactly as we’d asked and didn’t feel rushed at the end of the meal even though it was getting late.

A lovely place - staff were really nice, food was delicious (we loved the steak and chicken) and super relaxed atmosphere but with a touch of sophistication. Great for groups or a romantic date. A nice selection of Gin cocktails too! I had so much fun I forgot to take any pictures.

Staff were excellent... Food was prompt. This place is a pub/restaurant but it's menu reveals it's aspiration to be a gastro pub. Duck Confit and burgers are side by side. Mid priced portions are on the smaller size but that is in keeping with the style of the place. It is lovely bright and welcoming inside with opportunity to eat upstairs. Location picturesque by the river...however downsides of this are mosquito's and an occasional river smell. But still a lovely relaxed venue.
