Rooms were great for the price, a bit noisy but hey. Breakfast was superb, hot and of quality. And what a host, lovely. Rooms were clean and comfy, location was peaceful with nice views, both would deserve 5 stars but some would have to moan.

Basic rooms for an competitive price when including the excellent breakfast provided by very pleasant and friendly host. Ideal overnight stopover for us visiting Thursford or apparently those visiting the Polar Express. Plenty of onsite parking and an excellent Indian restaurant within staggering distance next door. Good night's sleep on a very comfy bed.

Stayed here for the third time in the last year. Absolutely love the place. Room clean, bed very comfortable, breakfast is bordering on the perfect and the host, Peter, and his wife are positively charming and great fun.

Stayed here for two nights as a friend was getting married locally.  Cannot praise Paul enough, what a lovely guy who went the extra mile.  Facilities them self are more than adequate and we left knowing we’d return one day.  Beautiful

Once completed this will be the most wonderful place to stay. The owners Paul and family are helpful and accommodating, the rooms are lovely as is breakfast. We had a lovely stay. The Indian restaurant next door is also great - very friendly, reasonably priced and great food

The Mill is beautiful. Paul is working hard to restore it. It was wonderful to enjoy a lovely English breakfast inside the newly refurbished 1st floor. A charming, warm host. Our room was comfortable. We’d definitely return.Rooms: 4/5

Room was spotless and comfortable, beautiful setting, great communications from Paul. Breakfast was lovely and Paul and staff were amazing!!! We even got the chance to look round the mill... wow this is a place we will return thankyouRooms: 5/5
