Excellent room, everything you could possibly want! Great breakfast cooked by the very welcoming Dan. Would highly recommend & revisit, great value.

Very warm welcome on arrival, hosts Amy and Daniel were very lovely people, room was very clean, tidy, well stocked with beverage making facilities, very comfortable, food was amazing, whole atmosphere was very homely and nothing was too much trouble for the hosts to provide for guests, breakfast was absolutely delicious, will definitely be returning again and would highly recommend this wonderful B&B.

Beautiful, private rooms finished to an excellent standard. Fantastic owners and outstanding traditional breakfast, including local produce, in a beautiful dining area in a wonderful historic building. B&B is located next to Yaxham station and convenient for Dereham and surrounding areas. Thanks so much, Amy and Dan!
