The hydrotherapy pool is fabulous and the spa. Poolside host was a lovely polite young lady. I found the rest of the staff unhelpful on arrival not giving a welcome or information. The room was in need of refurbishment Only 1 set of towels and 1 robe in bedroom had to ask several times to replenish. Checkout staff were good and food fabulous. Will go again but not for overnight stay.

First impressions are excellent, with friendly, professional staff. Helpful staff, very polite. Spa is lovely with fire and ice experience with indoor and outdoor heated pools set in lovely grounds. Food is top notch with a great variation including old favourites. Had a variation of massages which were well worth the relaxation and effort. Well recommended!

As soon as you arrive at the hotel the tranquil music and atmosphere start to relax you . The room was nice and clean and basically what you would expect. We didn’t spend a great deal of time in the room as the spa area of the hotel was so beautiful we spent most of our time relaxing there. We enjoyed an evening meal there and both the food service and atmosphere were very good. My wife had booked an Indian head massage which she said was amazing and I had the full body aromatherapy massage with Lisa, I am 50 years old and I have never been to a spa or had a massage like this before, l left feeling totally relaxed thinking that up until this point I had been waisting my life. 10/10 can’t wait to do it again.

Went for a couple's spa day and had a great time. The facilities are great with different saunas and jacuzzis to pick from. The massages were top quality as well. Felt very relaxed after the day was over.

Spa facilities very good indeed. Restaurant not so. Asked for eggs to be well cooked, brought out twice still soft. Food most certainly not worth the very expensive prices being asked. Overall what was a birthday present for my sister left us feeling very disappointed 😥
