As someone who didn't particularly like exercise and preferred eating cake, joining a gym was a daunting prospect, However Matt and everyone at Clarence Park Health Suite made me feel relaxed and comfortable. The gym has all the equipment that anyone could need and the staff are always on hand to suggest new exercises. The exercise classes are fun and energetic and virtual spin is available to do anytime of the day. Overall this gym has helped me gain confidence and I would highly recommend it. I absolutely love it....nearly as much as cake.

Very clean gym with friendly, helpful staff and very reasonable prices. Unfortunately I tend to go to the gym ~20:00 where the temperatures are unbearable. Aircon is unavailable after 8pm it seems. Considering looking for alternatives for this reason alone. Otherwise a great gym.

I helped Matt out  when the gym first opened, the gym is lovely and clean, the equipment is very good, even though the gym is small, it's still an amazing gym, as the gym is small at quiet times you can have a lot of one to one with the member of staff who is on duty. All the staff at the gym are lovely and respect all of the members of the gym. I would recommend this gym to all my friends.

The staff were friendly in the health suite and it seemed well priced.

A really great space with brilliant facilities and really friendly staff, who take the time to work with you to develop your personal goals and reach them.
