Royal fail lost my parcel and these guys got me another delivery out the day I let them know and next day delivery. Great customer service can't fault it!

So I purchase a terpenes liquidiser kit and followed the instructions exactly using 0.8g of extract. Vape tasted horrible and "Chemically". I emailed for advice and didn't get a response. I tried again with a higher ratio of extract to terps and had the same result. Wasted 3.5g of extract and still no response or advice from company. Pointless.

I've been using this company for quite a few years now and cannot fault them. Highly recommended

Ordered 3 different cannabis strains terpenes, delivered fairly quickly, but the taste... all of them taste literally like pine essential oil mixed with mango essential oil, the vaping experience is not pleasant as well- as if you were vaping cheap pine essential oil... very disappointed.. The description on the website also portrays it as if the terpenes were derived from the hemp plant, which is not the case. I emailed the company on their 2 separate email addresses couple of weeks ago and have not received any response since.
