"Believing a store to house artistic shoes should be more like a gallery, Tracey Neuls creates experiential spaces that change from season to season. Shoes are always hung from the ceiling. The swaying of the shoes shows all aspects of the footwear like three-dimensional sculptures which allows them to be experienced in all their beauty."

Beautiful shoes that I wanted to love. Dubious quality leather began peeling from the toe after a wearing them indoors a handful of times and truly appalling customer service. If you believe in the quality of your shoes, the best way to stand behind that is to replace products immediately when they fall below your high standards, not to snottily imply your customer must have been kicking rocks and razorblades and to become furious when they attempt to hold you to your legal obligations entirely unsuccessfully, I may add. They refused to offer a replacement and obviously I'm not going to a small claims court over a pair of shoes. So sad and disappointed: I have never spent this much on shoes and was very excited to own such a beautiful, quality product.
Always happy to visit one of the shops of Tracey Neuls but I’m especially fond of Marylebone Line one. Staff is always very helpful and with great knowledge about shoes and product in general. Tracey Neuls design is outstanding, they last for years and I truly love them! Hope to visit your shop very soon.
One of the most unique - and pricey but worth it - women's shoe stores in London. I'm a man, but I am envious of my wife's shoes from TN, and they receive compliments galore. They are unlike any other shoes, are very well made, and the shop is whimsical and on a wonderful street full of boutiques.
APPALLING!! I spent over £300 on a pair of shoes that started falling apart after the 2nd TIME I wore them. I have been waiting for 7 WEEKS for them to be repaired when I was told it would take a week. My shoes are now back at the store and I have been told to come and pick them up. 3 days ago I asked if they could be sent to me which is the minimum TN should do and NO ONE has even bothered replying. THIS IS THE WORST CLIENT SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED
